The power failure alert service via email is free.
The power failure alert service includes sending an email in the event of a power outage of 5 minutes or more and another email when the power is restored.
The free alert service includes sending a maximum of 6 emails (power failure alert, power restoration alert, short power failure alert) per day per user.
The level of the free email alert service may vary for reasons beyond the control of ControlloCasa Srl, such as increases in IT infrastructure costs, increases in energy costs or anything not expressly indicated here that may create a significant increase in the operating costs of the service.
In the event of a change, the user will be informed 15 days before the new service level comes into effect.
Furthermore, the technologies on which the free service is based are subject to changes and/or updates by third parties that in the future could make the device for the power failure alert incompatible with the new technologies/infrastructures adopted.
To be able to use the free email alert service for power failures, users must have the USBy or iPower device and a stable Internet connection
3. CALL-ME Service Conditions
1) Description of the CALL-ME Service
The CALL-ME Service provides for the user with a European telephone number to receive a telephone call from our Operations Center in the event of power outages lasting 10 minutes or more.
The annual cost of the CALL-ME Service and methods are as per the offer reported on the website controllocasa.com.
To use the CALL-ME Service, users must have a USBy or iPower device and a stable Internet line.
2) Duration and Withdrawal
The CALL-ME Service automatically ceases after one calendar year from its activation. At any time, the user may request the renewal of the Service or its cancellation by sending an email to the following address: assistenza@controllocasa.it
In the event of withdrawal within and no later than 14 days from activation, a fixed deactivation cost of 5 Euros (VAT included) is still foreseen.

The TEMP-ALARM Service requires the user to receive an email from our Operations Center if one of the configured temperature thresholds is exceeded.

To use the EMAIL@2 Service, users must have a USBy or iPower device and a stable Internet line.
2) Duration and Withdrawal
