Warranty Information
To guarantee complete peace of mind, all ControlloCasa products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee from the manufacturer.

Beneficiaries of the legal guarantee
Only consumers, i.e. natural persons who have purchased a product for use not related to a commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, can benefit from the legal guarantee, therefore invoices bearing the VAT number of a company or professional do not benefit from the legal guarantee rights.

Purchasing compliance
Based on the legal guarantee of conformity, ControlloCasa undertakes to deliver a product that complies with the concluded sales contract and to be liable for any defects of conformity found at the time of delivery. To comply with the contract, the products must:
1) correspond to the description on the Site at the time the order was placed;
2) be suitable for any use for which products of the same type are usually used;
3) present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product and the characteristics described on the Site.

Duration and method of use of the Guarantee
Please note that this legal guarantee covers any lack of conformity manifested within 24 months from the date of delivery of the order. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to ControlloCasa, by sending an email to assistenza@controllocasa.it, within 2 months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The Customer can request the application of the legal guarantee provided that he has proof of purchase (e.g. tax receipt / receipt) of the product. It is therefore important to always keep the receipt relating to the purchase of the product.

Customer support
Our customer service will assist the consumer to verify that the conditions of the device provided for by the legal guarantee are met. If the problem cannot be resolved by telephone and/or if the product requires a technical diagnosis in order to verify the actual existence of a lack of conformity, the consumer must send a request for assistance to our assistance center by sending a email to assistenza@controllocasa.it.
If our assistance center deems that it is not possible to resolve the lack of conformity remotely, it will be necessary to return the device; shipping costs for any return will be borne by the customer. The costs necessary to send the product back to the customer will be borne by ControlloCasa.

Scope of application
Please note that the legal guarantee may not apply or apply only partially in the following cases:
- The repair of damage caused by a cause external to the product (for example: accidents, impacts, lightning, power surges, oxidation, presence of sand...);
- A Customer error resulting, for example, from use or installation that does not comply with the manufacturer's specifications;
- Use of the appliance that is harmful to its maintenance;
- Any lack of conformity of which the customer was aware at the time of placing the order;
- Abnormal or non-compliant use of the products;
- Damage due to the intervention of a repairer not authorized by the manufacturer.

Repair costs not covered by the warranty
In the event that the warranty is not applicable, the assistance center will prepare a quote. ControlloCasa may require the payment of administrative costs in the event that the customer requests the return of the product without the repairs proposed in this estimate. In this case, the Customer may also choose to abandon their product without additional costs.
The customer has 2 months to accept or reject the quote and pay any amount due. Beyond this deadline, the quote will be considered rejected and the material abandoned; therefore,ControlloCasa will be able to dispose of it fully and absolutely, and proceed with its destruction. In this case, no refund can be requested.

Note: the preceding indications apply only in the case of products purchased directly from the ControlloCasa website (www.controllocasa.com) or through intermediary online sites (e.g. Amazon, eBay). Consumers who have purchased ControlloCasa products from other channels can request the application of the legal guarantee only from the direct seller of the product in question.
